The disc labels have also the Mono-number 4003 with a “BST” prefix + the rimtext is 33 1/3 STEREO Long Playing
Adress is Blue Note Records Inc – New York USA.
Havent seen this Item in your various listings except in the mismatch with a side 2 scan.
